One of the most effective strategy of expanding God's kingdom here on earth is the "cell group". As a youth leader in our church me and my wife are handling cell groups. Our main goal in having a cell group is to reach out the lost soul and to equip some of our brethren and discipling them until they become a cell leader too. Being a cell leader we have to set as a good example. In our lives, our attitude and we have to show people that we really care for them. If you bring the word of God to the people it seems like you are bringing a blessing to them. You are opening the windows of heaven to their lives. So we should not be afraid and never be ashame of the gospel of the Lord because you are bringing the good news, you are bringing a good life, a prosperous life to them. So let's be bold let's be on fire in serving God because one thing that we know in life is that when you do the business of God, God will do your business too. Have Faith in God reach out the lost.
